So the simplest form of my question is what are good suggestions for a VoIP client/protocol/codec that operates acceptably with small bandwidth (optimally 50 kbps or less)? The secondary question is within those are there some options that tend to be more robust to other network problems, such as dropped packets, jitter, etc?
